Achiko, specialist in Covid-19 screening tests being launched on the Indonesian market, announced a second listing in the United States on Monday. Its securities will now be traded on the OTCQB secondary market, the formerly technology-focused finance company said.
Achiko has obtained the necessary authorization to list its shares in the United States, under the acronym ACHKF. They will also remain listed on SIX under the symbol ACHI.
“Achiko’s listing on the OTCQB platform is timely, as we launch our Covid-19 AptameX test solution in Indonesia and move towards the CE standard request to market it in Europe,” said the director. Achiko general, Steven Goh, quoted in the press release. “Trading on OTCQB makes it easier for potential American shareholders to access our shares,” he added.
