In her presentation, she showed the opportunities that digital change and diverse teams bring and how different employees can be recruited or retained. “Diversity-gr offers companies a platform for exchanging experiences, raises awareness of interrelationships and, using facts, good examples and food for thought, proposes viable solutions to anchor openness to diversity in the corporate culture,” according to the statement. The platform wants to specifically address companies from the tech, IT, business and research sectors, where the proportion of women is low.
