A number laptop gaming which was released at the Next @ Acer event some time ago is now directly trafficked to Indonesia. What gaming laptops have been released?
There are three gaming laptops released by Acer in Indonesia, namely the Predator Triton 500, Helios 300, and Nitro 5, which all use 10th generation Intel processors and Nvidia GTX or RTX graphics card options.
In addition there are also several new technologies that are claimed to improve the performance of the laptop. Like the 4th generation AeroBlade Cooler with two 0.1mm thin metal fans, Vortex Flow, and CooldBoost.
Screen options also vary, from those with ‘standard’ refresh rates of 144Hz to 300Hz. Then all these laptops also have two NVMe SSD slots and two RAM slots that are easily upgraded by the user.

According to data from the Global Web Index, esports fans in the world are expected to grow to 560m by 2021. As many as 77% of millennials use their free time to play games during COVID-19 self-quarantine, and intend to continue their hobbies after the pandemic is over.

Predator Triton 500
Triton 500 is laptop gaming from the Predator’s thinnest series but claimed to still have reliable performance. The processor used is the Core i7-10875H which is paired with the GPU RTX 2070 Super and RTX 2080 Super.
Screen options are full HD IPS with a refresh rate of up to 300Hz which is equipped with G-Sync feature. The body is only 17.9mm thick and weighs 2.1kg, but comes with tighter specifications.
Predator Helios 300
Helios 300 comes with a metal chassis that displays colors with greenish blue accents like the backlit lights on the keyboard. The screen uses a thin bezel, using an IPS panel with a 240Hz refresh rate.
The specifications also don’t play, the 10th generation Intel Core i7 processor paired with a GPU RTX 2060 or RTX 2070 and claimed to be cool with quad exhaust port technology combined with a 3D generation Aeroblade fan.
Nitro 5
Nitro 5 is the cheapest variant, offering the 10th generation Intel Core processor and the latest GTX GPU. Although the cheapest series, Nitro 5 is also equipped with a 144Hz screen to stay comfortable when used to play games. At the highest Nitro 5 variant, the processor is a Core i7-10750H but there are also variants with a Core i5-10300H processor.
The Predator Triton 500 is laptop gaming which is suitable for streamers as well as hard-core gamers. Predator Helios 300 is a computing device that can be relied on by hard-core gamers. Nitro 5 is a laptop that is suitable for casual gamers.
Acer Nitro 5 (AN515-55) is available starting June 23 with prices starting at Rp. 12.5 million. The Helios Predator 300 (PH315-53) will be available starting July 10 with prices starting at Rp 23 million. While the Triton 500 Predator (PT515-52) will be available starting June 23, with prices starting at Rp 50 million.
