Thus, at 252 Schermerhorn Street, in the Boerum Hill district on the border of Downtown Brooklyn, they imagined a brand new building, whose skin is covered with bay windows, a tribute to the original style of this district of factories and of shipyards.
A 360° view
This new construction houses 287 rooms, decorated by Roman and Williams, always respecting the Brooklyn identity. The furniture is functional, the lines are angular and the colors warm. A few “eccentricities” all the same, with a green cork floor and textile works by local artists on the walls. Everything is subtly balanced, modern and, this is what matters most, comfortable.
The floor-to-ceiling windows, certainly the signature of the Ace Hotel Brooklyn, allow visitors who stay on the highest floors to enjoy a 360° view of New York, from Manhattan to the Statue of Liberty.
