FAJAR.CO.ID, JAKARTA — Banten Democratic Party DPD Deputy Secretary Yepry Rinaldi accused AMIN spokesperson Muhammad Said Didu of spreading fake news (hoax) about the Esemka car.
He said Said Didu was hurt so he called Esemka a national project of President Joko Widodo (Jokowi).

“Said Didu’s feelings were so hurt that he produced hoaxes about Esemka, which he called Jokowi’s national car (Mobnas) project,” said Yepry on Platform X, Monday, (1/1/2024).
He explained that when Esemka was introduced, Jokowi was not yet president at that time, but was still serving as Mayor of Solo.
“In fact, when Esemka was introduced in 2012, Jokowi was not yet President of Indonesia, but rather the Mayor of Solo who did not have the authority to make national car policies,” he said.
Initially, Said Didu, who is also the former Secretary of the Ministry of BUMN, declared that Jokowi’s regime would change in 2024.
“My declaration in 2024, change the Jokowi regime,” wrote Said Didu.
However, after being accused of spreading hoaxes, Said Didu said that Democrat cadres were getting stupider by the day.
“Every day the Democrat cadres look increasingly stupid,” said the man who was born in Pinrang, South Sulawesi.
He stated that the problem with Esemka was not Jokowi’s policies but Jokowi lying about several things.
First, that you can make it yourself. Second, thousands of cars have been sold.
