Bad news coming from startup Fabelio. Rumors circulated on social media that the company engaged in the furniture sector had summoned dozens of its employees to be willing to resign, so that the employee’s rights were not fulfilled.
Answering that, Co-Founder Fabelio Marshall Utoyo denied it. He claims that the company does not force employees to resign at all.
“The circulating news was wrong, there was absolutely no coercion on our part,” Marshall told detik.com, Tuesday (14/12/2021).
“In fact, we have good intentions by trying to carry out our obligations,” he added.
Previously, it was reported that Fabelio was busy calling dozens of his employees to be willing to resign or resign. In its action, the company is also said to have hired a mass organization to guard the office for security reasons.
“It’s getting crowded with f*belio who force their employees to resign using all mass organizations. Just went to the comments column on their IG. It turns out that not only employees are victims, but vendors and customers are also joining in,” write the account @**a*nyi on Twitter.
There is also another account that conveys similar news accompanied by screenshot evidence of conversations with people who are suspected of being employees of the company. It was told that employees who want to receive a salary must sign a resignation agreement.
Unfortunately, some of the employees who have previously resigned have not been given their rights. Employees who have been successfully ‘forced’ to resign and have found new jobs are also not immediately paid their salaries.
“When asked back when the payment was made for those who had resigned first and the staff who were still active, the answer was yes as usual~ I’ll let you know the update later~ Lalala. Those who applied for resignation first before this day and got a new place of work will be put aside for paying their salaries. When asked what the reason was, they said “at least there is new income from the new company,” write account @ta ** ek*um.
“I’m just afraid that they will let go of the same responsibility as those who submitted their resignation first and in the end the promise is just a promise,” he said.
