Accusation in New York: Hispanics Allegedly Robbed ATMs in 19 Warehouses

Jesús “Capone” Cedeño (52), Ángel “Pucci” Barbosa (44), Alex “Chaco” Torres (50), Francisco “Fusión” Torres (51), Luis “Cholo” Villanueva (52) and Chris “Chris the Greek” Moustakos were charged with being part of a gang that robbed ATMs at 19 warehouses in Brooklyn, Queens and the Bronx over seven months.

“With today’s indictment, we have dismantled an alleged brazen and persistent robbery ring that was targeting small businesses across the city,” Brooklyn District Attorney Eric Gonzalez said.

In a similar case, at the beginning of the month Leonardo Ortiz (52) and Ramdeo Balliram (44) were arrested and charged with a long series of ATM robberies in the Bronx (NYC) totaling $1 million dollars.

All charges are mere accusations and those charged are presumed innocent until proven guilty in court.
