Accounts of Puerto Vallarta judge and official accused of abuse blocked

The Financial Intelligence Unit (UIF) blocked the bank accounts of the former Puerto Vallarta official, accused of abuse of minors and the judge Jorge Luis Solís Aranda, from the Justice Center for Women, for finding irregular movements.

The FIU, from the Ministry of Finance, indicated that it found irregular movements in the financial system of both men.

Luis Alonso “N”, who was an official of the Citizen Security Directorate of Puerto Vallarta, Jalisco, was found inside his vehicle with a naked 10-year-old girl.

The man is linked to proceedings for the crime of child sexual abuse, but without aggravation due to an inconsistency in the wording of the Penal Code, and It was not prosecuted for corruption of minors, because Judge Solís Aranda determined that the girl did not feel pleasure.

Solís Aranda was removed from his position as judge of Control and Orality of the Municipality.

This weekend there are demonstrations in Vallarta against how the case has been handled and in social networks there was outrage with the hashtag #NoEsPlacerEsViolencia for the arguments given by Judge Solís Aranda.
