Under the technical authority of the accountant, the accounting assistant performs simple accounting work, while respecting the instructions given to him.
Main missions and activities:
• Supplier accounting management (entry of purchase invoices, overheads and fixed assets and preparation of supplier payments);
• Management of accounts receivable (recording of payments, lettering and customer reminders);
• Accounting for fixed assets, calculation of allocations;
• Bank reconciliations and monitoring of cash investments;
• Monitoring and accounting of expense reports;
• Participate in the review and preparation of balance sheets.
