However, the realized price is obviously not the only indicator determining the bottom and we are extremely dependent on the macroeconomic climate. Federal Reserve (Fed) Chairman Jerome Powell went on to show in his speech that the Fed is highly motivated to bring inflation back to the desired 2%.

Stock to Flow model
The S2F model is basically quite simple. It is the total supply (buffer stock) divided by the annual production capacity (to flow). It measures, so to speak, the scarcity of an asset, in this case bitcoin. Also thanks to this model, the well-known analyst has gained 1.8 million followers on Twitter.
However, the S2F model, and with it PlanB, took a dent in confidence because it missed the mark. The model had predicted a price of around $ 100,000 before the end of 2021 and BTC “only” knew one all-time high approximately $ 69,000.
