What plot for the new Captain America?

For the plot of Captain America 4, Sam Wilson could therefore be confronted with John Walker, the Thunderbolts or Sharon Carter, who has become in the MCU Power Broker, a powerful secret entity that seeks to bring down power. If no other cast member or director has yet been announced, we already know that Malcolm Spellman and Dalan Musson will officiate on the script. As for its place in the MCU, the movie could fit into Phase 5 instead.
