The authors explain what needs-oriented pedagogy (BoP) is all about and enable a change of perspective. BoP is a matter of attitude and “not an additional burden”, they write. The more you read, the deeper you sink into the topic and sometimes you may recognize yourself or approach situations differently in the future. The book is provided with practical examples and diagrams, which makes it easier to transfer to your own attitude.
A book that should be available in every daycare center.
