Florence, 17 September 2020 – A woman was fined this morning by the municipal police in Florence because he was accompanying the child to school without wearing a mask sanitary. The episode took place in front of the Colombo Institute in via Corelli. The officers on duty in front of the school invited her to wear the protective device before continuing towards the entrance but she, a thirty-year-old Florentine, began to protest by refusing to comply with the rule, adding that the obligation to wear a mask it would not be a valid law.
Then she went to the other mothers, always approaching them without wearing a mask. At this point the agents intervened and sanctioned it with a fine of 280 euros. Shortly after, explains the Municipality in a note, the brigade “were approached by some mothers present this morning in front of the school who thanked them for their work to protect public health and safety”.
