Victim came from Halloween party
According to initial findings, the man probably came from a Halloween party in Hamburg and was wearing a costume. Particularly tragic: the victim was stuck under the train and the fire department had to move it by hand in order to get to the injured person and free him.

“Intentional behavior cannot be detected on the video recordings, so there will be no further investigation. “It is clear to see that the victim ran across the platform and was then accidentally bumped into,” said the spokeswoman.
