Gutach im Breisgau (dpa / lsw) – A 48-year-old man was struck dead by a wall during construction work on an old barn. According to the police, the man was working on the foundations of the barn in Gutach im Breisgau (Emmendingen district) when a stone wall collapsed right next to him and caught him. Despite the rescue and rescue work initiated immediately, the man could only be rescued dead on Saturday afternoon. The criminal police in Freiburg has started the investigation.
