Roßdorf (ots) –
On Friday (May 6th) at 11:27 a.m., a serious traffic accident occurred on the L 3104 between Roßdorf and the access road to the B26.
There was a collision between a 24-year-old motorcyclist and an 85-year-old golfer at the Bessunger Forst settlement.
The motorcyclist coming from Roßdorf drove in the direction of Darmstadt and overtook several vehicles in a left turn. He was overlooked by the car driver. He turned from the access road to the Bessunger Forst settlement onto the L 3104 in the direction of Roßdorf when the motorcyclist finished overtaking.
The motorcyclist rolled over several times after the impact and sustained serious injuries.
The Kawasaki was totaled.
The busy country road to Darmstadt had to be closed for 90 minutes to record the accident.
