According to the police, a tractor unit collided with the central barrier. The collision caused the tractor unit with trailer to turn 180 degrees. The vehicle came to a stop on the grass verge. Nobody was harmed during the accident.
1.45 per mille in the blood
It turned out that the 49-year-old Polish driver had 1.45 per mille of alcohol in his blood. The truck was no longer ready to drive and had to be towed.
The right lane had to be closed for the rescue work. These are still ongoing. The traffic is led past the accident site in the middle and left lanes.
