The military firefighters of the Bistrita detachment intervened on the DN 17, at the exit from Bistrita, in the Sărății pit, due to an accident involving several cars.
The intervention teams have taken fire protection measures, informs the Inspectorate for Emergency Situations of Bistrita-Năsăud.
“Five cars traveling in the same direction were involved, i.e. Crainimat towards Bistrita. The accident resulted in the injury of a passenger, who was transported to the hospital. The five drivers involved were tested with a breathalyzer, with negative results in all cases. Police officers from the Road Bureau are continuing the investigation, the cause and the exact circumstances under which the event took place will be established,” said the Bistrița-Năsăud County Police Inspectorate.
