Serious accident in Heilbronn: On Sunday afternoon, a 42-year-old died and five other people were injured. According to the police, the 42-year-old had turned his car out of a property entrance onto a street where a 20-year-old driver could no longer avoid it and collided with him.
The 42-year-old was trapped in his car and died at the scene of the accident. His 42-year-old wife and passenger was seriously injured, and the couple’s two children, three and seven years old, who were also traveling with them, were slightly injured. The 20-year-old driver and his 19-year-old passenger were also slightly injured.
There was total property damage of 46,000 euros. The Tauberbischofsheim traffic service has started investigating how the accident happened. Wollhausstrasse was closed until 10:15 p.m. to record the accident and recover the vehicles.
