According to the newspaper, both countries were invited to support Ankara in its fight against the Kurdistan Workers’ Party (PKK) banned in Turkey and the organization of the Islamic preacher Fethullah Gülen and their branches.
At the same time, it was stated that Sweden and Finland, which are supporters of terrorist organizations, must establish the necessary legal norms and legal infrastructure to combat terrorism.
At the same time, countries should stop attempts to open PKK offices in their countries. Also, Turkey proposed not to allow FETÖ activities carried out in the countries and to close the related website and media outlets.
Turkey insists that Sweden and Finland should pay special attention to the deportation and extradition of persons linked to terrorism. Also, Stockholm and Helsinki should impose a ban on demonstrations by terrorist organizations such as the PKK.
In addition, Turkey has offered Sweden and Finland to remove the restrictions of the defense industry against it, and also asked to share intelligence.
The publication emphasized that if Sweden and Finland become members of NATO, they must fulfill these obligations.
