An identification card (blue badge) for the driver
AND an annual access authorization for the vehicle
are required to access spaces dedicated to transport professionals.

Online form to simplify your requests

Do you “have to manage” deliveries or work?

The delivery correspondent of the company delivered or the ordering party for the work must make an online request for the vehicle and an identification card request (blue badge or red badge) for the driver.

For any request for an identification card (blue badge), the company delivered must:

Have an activity authorization registered and a designated correspondent

– Declare the delivery company at Nice Côte d’Azur Airport (the form is online on the Access Permits portal).

– Upon receipt of the activity authorization number of the delivery company, establish badge requests online for each driver of the delivery company.

The blue badge will be given to the security correspondent of the ordering company who requested it.

For any request relating to the vehicle, the representative of the delivered company must complete the above form, attaching a copy of the vehicle registration document:



This request must be made at least 48 working hours (excluding weekends and public holidays) before unloading, it is subject to the conditions listed below:

Deliveries are strictly prohibited between 10:30 a.m. and 4 p.m.

Vehicles must have a height that does not allow them to access the parking lots of Nice Côte d’Azur Airport, Terminal 1 (height> 2.20 – park P3), Terminal 2 (height> 2.10m – park P5)

It can only be issued at most 3 authorizations semi-annual access by company (from January to June and from July to December).

The unloading time is limited to 15 minutes.

The vehicle access authorization request will be sent by email to the representative of the company delivered and must be affixed to the windshield of the vehicle.

Deliveries are regulated by the Prefectural Decree in force at Nice Côte d’Azur Airport.

For delivery vehicles, access to shelves is subject to an authorization request from the DDPAF via the Mobility and Parking Department.
