The follow-up of the negotiations between the European Commission and Spain in relation to recovery funds, cohesion policies, the strategic plan of the Common Agricultural Policy (CAP) and the ‘Brexit’ will be the central axes of the work of the Galicia Europe Foundation in the next year 2021.
This was addressed by the Director General of External Relations and the EU and director of the Foundation, Jesús Gamallo, during the videoconference meeting of the members of the governing body of the institution held on Tuesday.
In addition to the aforementioned aspects, the action plan for next year 2020 includes the “defense of the interests of Galicia” through the European Committee of the Regions, its regional cooperation networks and meetings that will be organized between the Xunta and community institutions.
Similarly, the Galicia Europe Foundation plans to continue with its work of “information, awareness and training on the European Union” in the Galician Community, for which it will launch a new call for its training bags for young people, will create a new web portal and will organize new editions of ‘TecEuropa’ -specialization course in community financing-.
