One such festival is Stereo Sunday in Venlo, which receives 10,000 visitors today and tomorrow. Both days are sold out, says spokesman Mark Boots. Before visitors can enter, they have to go through three checks. “We have the first check at the entrance. That is the CoronaCheck app and the check of the ID. Then the admission ticket is checked and then a search is carried out.”
To make the flow as smooth as possible, access to the festival has been made wider, says Boots. The festival also sounded the alarm when it turned out that the time slots for testing in Venlo, Venray and Roermond were filling up. “We were then assigned an extra test location in the parking lot of the VVV stadium.”
