Women who do not have a basic knowledge of computer science, but have the desire and motivation to start a career in IT, have analytical thinking and good English language skills, have the opportunity to apply for the She Goes Tech training program implemented by Accenture together with the non-governmental organization Riga TechGirls until May 15. .
Over the past three years, Accenture bootcamp training has trained more than 1,200 people to start a career in IT. Since the introduction of the She Goes Tech program (together with Riga TechGirls), 765 women have acquired basic computer skills. Some of the participants in the She Goes Tech program have already started internships or careers in IT companies, including 99 women who work or have internships at Accenture.
