Jakarta –
AC Milan goalkeeper crisis ahead of the match Juventus. The Rossoneri now have the potential to play a third goalkeeper.
AC Milan vs Juventus presented at the San Siro, Monday (23/10/2023) early morning WIB. Milan currently sits at the top of the Italian League standings with 21 points and the Old Lady is in third place with 17 points.
This match will not be easy for Milan, plus they are currently facing a goalkeeper shortage. Mike Maignan is confirmed to be absent because he received a red card against Genoa.
This should be Marco Sportiello’s opportunity to appear as the second goalkeeper. However, the potential to play is small because he is still injured and is expected to rest for 10 days.
Antonio Mirante is now Milan’s hope. The third goalkeeper, who is 40 years old, is expected to start against Juventus.
Mirante has only played once for Milan so far. He came on in the 89th minute against Hellas Verona last season.
The last time Mirante played a full game was when he was still wearing a Roma shirt. At that time Roma lost 1-3 to Torino in April 2021.
