AC Milan ‘asks about FOUR Tottenham players, including Ndombele and Tanganga, in meeting with Fabio Paratici’

AC MILAN are interested in signing FOUR players from Tottenham this summer, according to reports.

Spurs have already recruited six players since the end of last season, with the North Londoners now more focused on spending.

Steven Bergwijn departed for Ajax in a £26m deal, while Cameron Carter-Vickers was sold to Celtic and Jack Clarke to Sunderland.

However, there are still many players who exceed the requirements, with football manager Fabio Paratici flying to Milan to discuss a series of deals.

According to DiMarzio, Paratici has discussed four Spurs players with his AC Milan counterparts.

The Serie A champions have been most strongly linked with Japhet Tanganga.

The Spurs academy centre-back had a rough season last time out, but he could reinvigorate his young career if he moves to Italy.

Milan could loan Tanganga, and the deal is likely to include an option to buy the 23-year-old.

The San Siro side has also been in discussions about Tanguy Ndombele.

Unlike Tanganga, Ndombele did NO travels with Spurs on their pre-season tour of South Korea, after being frozen out by Antonio Conte.

The Frenchman’s last game for Spurs was their 3-1 FA Cup win over Morecambe in January, during which he was booed while walking at a snail’s pace as he was substituted.

Ndombele, 25, was subsequently loaned out to Lyon for the remainder of last season, although he opted not to exercise his purchase option.

Another who was left out of the Spurs tour was the side Sergio Reguilón.

The Spaniard played regularly last season but appears to have passed the requirements after Ivan Perisic was added this summer.

Reguilón, 25, has many interested suitors, with Barcelona and Seville interested in acquiring her services.

However, he could choose to push for a move to Milan, as Paratici discussed it with the Italians.

The fourth player mentioned in meetings between the two clubs this week was Pape Matar Sarr.

The 19-year-old Spurs midfielder joined the team this summer after spending last year on loan at Metz.

Sarr impressed Antonio Conte on Tottenham’s trip to Korea but could be sent back on loan to gain more experience, with Yves Bissouma, Rodrigo Bentancur, Oliver Skipp and Pierre-Emile Hojbjerg ahead of him in the pecking order.

Last night he was named Young Player of the Year at the Confederation of African Football Awards, with Bayern Munich’s Sadio Mane collecting the top prize.
