During a meeting of the BSP party organization in the village of Lehchevo, Boychinovtsi municipality, about 60 people were also present – the entire ABV organization in the municipality – from the villages of Gromshin, Ohrid, Vladimirovo, Beli Brod, Lehchevo, etc. All previous ABV-members threw away the party cards of Georgi Parvanov’s formation and switched to the BSP. They handed them over to the previous municipal chairman of ABV Desislav Denkov with an order to send them back to Georgi Parvanov. Those who left ABV are disappointed by the party’s participation in the right-wing government that is ruining Bulgaria.
Already the former members of the ABV, including the leader of the municipal structure Desislav Denkov, received new membership cards of the BSP from the chairman of the left, Mihail Mikov.
“What happened today is significant. Welcome home – to the great left-wing idea, which will celebrate its 125th anniversary this year,” Mikov addressed them.
