Abuse at Oostersingel in Groningen: three suspects report to the police | Inland

On Tuesday morning, the police in Groningen reported that two suspects had turned themselves in. Just before two o’clock in the afternoon it turned out that the third suspect had also come forward.

Public violence

The three men have been arrested and are suspected of public assault. On the night in question, the victim arrived on foot at Oostersingel around 05:35 a.m., where four other men were also present at the time. Camera images show that a confrontation ensues. The victim was assaulted by three of the men. De Stadjer was injured and had to be taken to hospital for examination.

The fourth suspect was not caught on camera.
