Mohamed Abu Jabal, the goalkeeper of the Zamalek team, confirmed that the team is experiencing one of its most difficult periods due to the competition for the African Champions League, indicating that everyone is trying to make up for the points it lost in the team recently in the league.
In statements to Ontime Sports, Abu Jabal said after the Tanta match, which ended with Zamalek winning by three goals for one goal: “We trust the board of directors that they will sign a suitable coach for the coming period. Tariq Yahya is no stranger to Zamalek club.”
He added, that all players are not concerned about the departure of the coach or occupy their thoughts about the next coach, because of the presence of experienced players among the team.
He continued: “I feel injustice so far, and I need to take my right like any goalkeeper who shines with his team, and the team is not exclusive to a person and it is an honor for any goalkeeper to wear the Egypt national team shirt.”
He continued: “I was with the Egyptian national team in Africa, and the issue is near and in the end the matter is in the interest of the team, and my eyes are on the Egyptian team, and this is my right.”
He pointed out that there are some people trying to export problems from the Zamalek team, and this is not true, and all that happens is normal things between the players and ends immediately due to the interference of the big players.
He concluded his remarks: “Facing hope will be very difficult and achieving the African title is a dream for the masses, but we must go to the ground and skip the next round at the beginning.”
