Under the patronage of Her Highness Sheikha Fatima bint Mubarak, President of the General Union of Women, President of the Supreme Council for Motherhood and Childhood, Supreme President of the Foundation for Family Development, “Mother of the Nation”, and on behalf of Her Highness Her Excellency Sarah Awad Issa Muslim, Minister of State for Primary Education Affairs, Head of Federal Agency for Primary Education, Chair, Department of Education and Knowledge, Abu Dhabi Center for Education and Technical and Vocational Training, celebrated the graduation of 984 female students who achieved a bachelor’s degree and form the fifth batch at Fatima College of Health Sciences in its four campuses in Abu Dhabi, Al Ain, Ajman and Al Dhafra region, including 470 Bachelor of Nursing and 52 Bachelor of Medical and Emergency Ambulance graduates, 158 Radiology and Medical Imaging degrees, 168 Pharmacy degrees, and 136 Physiotherapy degrees , where the minister honored the graduates during the ceremony organized by the Abu Dhabi Technical and Vocational Education and Training Center at the college premises in the Al-Mafraq area of Abu Dhabi.
Her Excellency Sarah Musallam congratulated the recent graduates and said, “I am proud to see this large number of graduates translating the vision of the Mother of the Nation and her desire to empower Emirati women and activate their role in various sectors, and I look forward to seeing more Emirati graduates play an active role in developing vital sectors in the country.” We place high hopes on our graduates and are confident in their ability to achieve greater personal, academic and professional achievements, and to contribute to the growth and development of the national economy.”

And Dr. Ahmed Abdel-Manan Al-Awar, director general of the Institute of Applied Technology at Abu Dhabi Technical Institute, said; Fatima College of Health Sciences has a global standing as it is among the accredited educational institutions in Great Britain and the United States of America and is also a founding member of the European Distance Learning Network, which gives the college membership to the United Nations Group in Academic Impact, along with several privileges, including ensuring continuity of quality standards, developing and strengthening international relationships and partnerships, improving the global ranking of universities, attracting and employing international talent, and enhancing and developing college research skills.
