The Abu Dhabi Festival, organized by the Abu Dhabi Group for Culture and Arts, announced the presentation of “Opera Media”, its latest joint production with “Teatro Real” in Madrid, the enchanting theatrical experience that adapts the classic Greek tragedy, as the theatrical show began at the Teatro Real from the 19th to the 23rd of the month. Hoda Ibrahim Al Khamis, founder of the Abu Dhabi Group for Culture and Arts, founder and artistic director of the Abu Dhabi Festival, said: “We cooperate with major international institutions to provide exclusive production and commissioning works, in an effort to enable the renaissance of the arts and celebrate major international artists, and we continue our partnership with Teatro Real, through the joint production of Opera.” Media” as part of the opening of the season of the leading Spanish opera house, in a world premiere, where the work restores the masterpiece of Luigi Cherubini, led by the famous orchestra conductor Ivor Bolton, theatrical director and designer Paco Azurin, with the distinguished soprano Maria Agresta.
