PostNL had previously conducted an internal investigation. This showed that a PostNL mail deliverer failed to deliver part of his mail, including the 195 voting passes intended for voters in three streets in the neighborhood.
This investigation was initiated after residents reported that they had not received a voting pass for the parliamentary elections.
Voters have now received a letter from the municipality containing information on how to apply for a replacement voting pass. This was possible until Friday 5 p.m.
