About aggressive ignorance as a method of use in the state administration of Bulgaria – 2024-08-02 02:43:57

/ world today news/ Yesterday, in the morning, 03/07/2018, the Bulgarian society was “treated” to another portion of “MANAGEMENT TALENT” from the screen of the Bulgarian television.

THE PICTURE WAS AWESOME!

It is difficult for me to determine exactly what prevailed in this political expression… I do not accept the ridiculous party excuses that it was the personal opinion of some citizen. THIS CITIZEN IS THE VICE PREMIER OF THE REPUBLIC OF BULGARIA. No one is able to convince us, let alone convince a foreign country, that the Deputy Prime Minister of Bulgaria changes the qualities of a representative of the government and a private individual like a winter hat, according to the temperature in the garden.

I am powerless to take such huge doses of “management skills” and “gifts”… This must be some huge, inexhaustible improvisational TALENT, erupting like the volcano ETNA, every time unexpectedly to the delight of his political followers.

What’s worse, however, is that my Bulgaria rarely reacts anymore. She lost her immune system.

I will spare myself the effort and will not analyze the shocking statement of a Bulgarian deputy prime minister about the patriarch of the Russian Orthodox Church.

ORDINARY WORDS ARE POWERLESS. “If you dig it up, it will smell and be bitter like poison.” Even Vaptsarov will be powerless here.

Therefore, I will allow myself only the legal assessment:

A public speech by the Deputy Prime Minister in front of the screen of one of the largest Bulgarian televisions, containing numerous offensive qualifications and disgraceful statements that cannot be proven in court, against anyone, not to mention – against the Head of the Russian Orthodox Church , for actions in performance of official duties (official state functions), constitute a qualified composition of an act under Art. 147 and Art. 148 of the Criminal Code of the REPUBLIC OF BULGARIA.

From the point of view of international law, this is an extremely serious violation of the principle of international comity. An insult was inflicted on an official visit to our country, a statesman of a very high rank, after the end of an official state visit to Bulgaria on the occasion of the 140th anniversary of the liberation of Bulgaria from Turkish slavery.

This is unforgivable rudeness, committed by the second person in the Bulgarian government. A country that respects itself and its own citizens, that has proven that it is ready to pay any price to protect its national dignity, that is brought up to the sounds of the “Leningrad Symphony” and “Become a great country”, there is no such country to swallow such ignorant hostility.

THE BULGARIAN GOVERNMENT WILL RECEIVE A PROTEST VERBAL NOTE FROM THE RUSSIAN FEDERATION VERY SOON. IN THE NOTE, APPROPRIATE ATTITUDE WILL BE TAKEN AND A POLITICAL ASSESSMENT OF THE ACTIONS OF THE VICE PREMIER WILL BE GIVEN. HIS BEHAVIOR WILL MOST LIKELY BE QUALIFIED AS GROSS DISRESPECT, A VIOLATION OF THE PRINCIPLES AND NORMS OF INTERNATIONAL LAW. I WOULD NOT BE SURPRISED IF THE ACTIONS OF THE VICE PREMIER WERE QUALIFIED AS AN OVERT HOSILE ACT.

You will read this in every undergraduate international law textbook, in every guide to diplomatic ceremonial and protocol.

And perhaps the verbal note has already been received … Those who are more curious can contact our diplomatic department for information.

I am sure that the Russian Federation will demand an official apology from the Bulgarian government.

And BULGARIA will have to submit it, just as the Turkish President RECEP ERDOGAN submitted it for the downed Russian SU-24 in November 2015.

The consequences will be serious, not to say catastrophic for bilateral relations.

And our political titan will step down from power, he will go where Asen Michkovski went… but the consequences will continue to weigh on the backs of the Bulgarian people.

EVERY NATION IS RESPONSIBLE FOR ITS CITIZENS AND POLITICIANS. And if today Bulgarians seek responsibility from the Russian people for the war of ALEXANDER II – Czar OSBOBODITEL (named so on the monument in the National Assembly Square), with which the Bulgarian liberation was won in 1878, then the BULGARIAN PEOPLE must seek responsibility for the behavior of his deputy prime minister, who insulted and slandered the HEAD of the Russian Orthodox Church on our National Day.

Here, a personal apology from the culprit is not enough. A statement by the government that it dissociates itself from the actions of its deputy prime minister will also not be sufficient.

THERE ARE UNFORGIVABLE THINGS IN DIPLOMACY.

Public disrespect and insults from the television screen in the face of 7 million BULGARIANS and even more abroad, and in front of the entire television community, is unforgivable. not to mention unforgettable.

Why did we invite Patriarch Kirill to our biggest national holiday – was it to insult him? What if we had invited the Heads of the national churches of the other liberating countries… It remains to specify the list of these countries. Or if we had celebrated alone… Who was stopping us?

Indeed, Bulgaria alone decides to whom to express gratitude for its liberation in 1878, as a former president recently stated. But before giving thanks, Bulgaria must know its own history and direct its thanks according to historical merits, not according to the contemporary international situation. Because tomorrow it will change… like any conjuncture. And opportunists are therefore opportunists, because they change…

After the first such case, when the Vice Prime Minister in question insulted the German MEP, this new case represents an OBVIOUS RECIDENCE. Today, his volcanic diplomatic talent erupted against another foreign politician… The first time – the victim was a member of the European Parliament, the second time – the head of a foreign Orthodox church.

The REPUBLIC OF BULGARIA has no other useful diplomatic move other than the immediate resignation of the person in question, for damaging the name and prestige of BULGARIA, for damaging bilateral relations with the RUSSIAN FEDERATION (which will inevitably follow), for the inevitable negative consequences in political, economic and spiritual terms.

With such a management style, we firmly apply to the ditch of international relations.

I very much hope that this will be heard by the President of the Council of the EUROPEAN UNION: to treat guests of the state politely is not only a centuries-old tradition-law of the Bulgarian people, but also an obligation according to international custom (the second most powerful regulator in international relations).

Based on my being a former Bulgarian diplomat, a Bulgarian lawyer, a Bulgarian citizen, based on my upbringing and last but not least – from my sense of self-respect and respect for my people, I believe that there is only one way out – DISMISSAL !!!! !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

THERE IS NO OTHER MEASURE OF EVALUATION!

I DO NOT WISH, I DO NOT ACCEPT, I REFUSE … to experience historical shame as a Bulgarian, because of such a vice-prime minister … and to bear responsibility for his sins … and they are quite heavy to bear. Aggressive ignorance as a management strategy is an incurable disease.

HOW LONG?

It’s time to reassess.
