The favorable vote of the Chamber had in fact arrived on July 10 (after a long gestation, 390 days after the yes of the Council of Ministers) and the Head of State had a month to evaluate the texts. He took it all. So much so that two days ago, a post by Enrico Costa of Action on X noted: «Twenty-eight days ago the Nordio bill with the abolition of abuse of office was definitively approved by Parliament. It is not yet in the Official Journal». The tweet was relaunched by the Minister of Defense, Guido Crosettowho then rushed to clarify that it was not an attack on the head of state. But the tension in the majority was evident. Especially after the Quirinale gave priority to the prison decree, ratified immediately.
