Mastercard has announced 15 technology start-ups that will join the autumn cycle of the Mastercard Lighthouse FINITIV program. This year, four new companies from the Baltic States are included – three from Estonia and one from Latvia.
In the first selection round, 24 startups were selected, but after the second, only 15 were selected.
Latvian new company Abillio, a digital payment platform for freelancers (or freelancers), hopes that this partnership will develop and offer Abillio services also outside Latvia.

This autumn, the program will be launched in Stockholm, Helsinki and Tallinn, using both online tools and face-to-face meetings. During the program, companies will have the opportunity to meet with all program partners and conclude by presenting and presenting themselves to investors. In addition, start-ups will receive advice from Mastercard’s marketing and communications teams to brighten their brand and communications.

Mastercard launched the Lighthouse FINITIV program to build lasting partnerships to strengthen the financial ecosystem in the Nordic and Baltic regions. The FINITIV program brings together start-ups, banks, investors and consultants to develop and bring innovative ideas to market.
The program welcomes new members twice a year.
