Abdul Hameed Al-Salman, an intellectual from Riyadh, said that he owns a library of 30,000 books, but he does not use a mobile phone or a watch.
Al-Salman added that he refrained from using the phone for two reasons, the first because it causes fluctuations in the heart, according to what he heard from a doctor, and the second is because when he used it for one hour, he received more than 50 calls.
Al-Salman continued that he decided to refrain from using it, but when he needed to call someone, he took the phone from one of his colleagues, indicating that he stopped using the watch also because he did not need to know the time and began to set the time with age.
