Job Description
Following an audit conducted on the Abbvie America site regarding the customer complaint management process, non-compliance with the quality system was brought to attention. In order to improve and avoid the same non-conformities on the site, in a continuous improvement process, your main mission is to coordinate the remedial plan and carry out activities related to the complaints service.
To do this, you will be responsible for:
- Create a quality plan to correct defects
- Manage the monitoring of different activities with those responsible for the activities
- Perform functions related to the complaint service
- Participate in on-site audits in pairs with an auditor (preparation, execution of the audit, report writing)
- Participate in product return analysis as part of customer complaints
- Other missions may be suggested depending on the profile and progress of the main missions

Profile:
Training and experience:
- You are in training of a Bac+4/+5 type as a minimum
- Experience in the field of pharmaceuticals or medical devices in product/operational quality functions
- Mastery of the office package (especially Excel for handling application data)
- Knowledge of GMP and ISO 13485 quality standards
- Knowledge of Quality tools (5P, 6M, etc.) and risk analysis methods
- Use of professional English (reading and writing)
