A shooting broke out in the middle of the street on Tuesday in Aulnay-sous-Bois (Seine-Saint-Denis), resulting in the death of a 26-year-old youngster, reports France Bleu.
The man was shot dead in the city of Europe in the late afternoon. It was a phone call, indicating that there had been shooting and that the shooters had fled by car, which warned the police.
According to The Parisian, the victim’s brother and children in the street witnessed the tragedy.
The vehicle found but not the shooters
The vehicle was discovered a little later. “Traces of blood and 14 percussion cases of 9mm caliber were discovered on the spot”, specifies a source close to the investigation.
Discovered in cardio-respiratory arrest, the body showing five bullet holes, the victim was hospitalized but succumbed to his injuries shortly after.
Another person, a 20-year-old man, was also shot in the neck, according to The Parisian. She was taken care of by the emergency services.
An investigation was opened and entrusted to the judicial police of Seine-Saint-Denis. The suspects are still at large.
