The man, in his twenties, had come to file a complaint on Thursday 15 December, at the end of the day, at the Montluçon (Allier) police services.
This young man from Montluçon, a former unaccompanied minor, had declared that he had been kidnapped, kidnapped and beaten, the same morning, in an apartment and in a cellar in the city on the edge of the Cher, by a group of ten young people. And this, for reasons that are still undetermined. His clothes were also reportedly cut with a knife.
He escapes in a sock before being caught
After managing to escape, in socks, at the end of the day, he would still have been quickly reached by several of his attackers, by car. An altercation would then break out with his pursuers. However, once again he had managed to escape him and take refuge in a place he knew of him. Then he went to the police station.
Two of the attackers were arrested the following day
Two of his alleged attackers, whom he allegedly singled out, were arrested the next day, Friday, December 16, by police officers from the attackers group of the urban security brigade (BSU), after major investigative work carried out with parquet.
He is a Montluçonnais and a Marseillaise, also in their twenties. Placed in police custody, they were then remanded to serve out old prison sentences.
A third individual showed up at the police station
A flagrant investigation has been opened by the Montluçon prosecutor’s office. A third individual, knowing he was wanted, showed up at the police station on Friday 23 December. He too was placed in pre-trial detention and presented before the public prosecutor at the end of the afternoon. Then, the judge of freedoms and detention (JLD), decided to place him in custody.
The three face up to seven years in prison.
