A young man arrested in Vigo after not paying for a taxi service
A young man has been arrested for refusing to pay for a taxi service from Pontevedra to Vigo, in addition to threatening to kill the police officers who had traveled to the scene of the dispute to try to clarify the facts.
According to the Local Police of Vigo, the incident took place last Tuesday at 5:20 p.m., when upon arrival at the destination, the 21-year-old traveler from Vigo refused to pay the driver for the race, so the taxi driver called the police.
Once they reached the place where the young man and the taxi driver were, the agents asked the traveler for the information, a request that he rejected with hostility.
It was at that moment that the police decided to take the young man to the police station, because the driver intended to report him.
In the complaint process, the degree of aggressiveness of the young man increased, he removed his mask, rebuked the agents and came at one point to threaten them with death, according to the Local Police.
He adds that it was at that moment that the police officers proceeded to arrest him for making serious threats to law enforcement officials and for an alleged crime of fraud.
