Lohan Raiwet, a young Couvinois, takes part in the competition for the best burger in the world, a competition organized in France, in Lyon. When he’s not serving burgers in his food truck, this young Couvinois looks for original combinations and trains. A work which allowed him to reach the final of the competition.

It was with a recipe from our region that he seduced the taste buds of the jury. “I offered pulled Holstein beef aged 8 weeks with a Chimay Bleue sauce, aged in amber rum barrels and a croquette of old Chimay cheese.“, explains Lohan Raiwet, finalist of the World Burger Contest in Lyon.
The final will take place on January 24. Lohan keeps her recipe a secret, but ensures that local products will once again be in the spotlight.
