Seventy Hospital for Maternity and Childhood in the Yemeni capital, Sana’a, witnessed the birth of four twins, a woman in her thirties, by caesarean section.
Yesterday, Monday, medical sources reported that a Yemeni woman gave birth to four twins, girls, in the Seventy Maternity and Childhood Hospital in Sana’a, which is under the control of the Houthi militia.
Dr Fayza Moqbel, who supervised the birth, said her mother, who is in her 30s, is in good health. She also confirmed that the conditions of the quadruplets are stable.
The Houthi-controlled Yemeni news agency, citing Dr. Fayza, said this is the second birth of the mother, Yasmine Al-Zala’i, from Taiz governorate, who gave birth to triplets, girls, seven years old. does.
She pointed out that the mother arrived at the hospital with a difficult delivery in the seventh month, which necessitated a successful cesarean section.
In turn, the director of the hospital, Dr. Magda Al-Khatib, explained that the birth of the four twins is the first in the hospital, praising the medical team who performed the caesarean section.
