Imagine you have 20 days for a family vacation. What would you do?
–
Of course, there are many options. We were interested in a vacation taken by a Dane named Martin Sunddal. And you can guess that it has to do with cars. You’re right…
Sunddal is the owner of a modified Porsche 911 Turbo of the 991 generation, which he enjoys driving so much that he regularly takes it on various trips around Europe. On the Modified Porsches Facebook page, they regularly show off photos from their trips, for example from Paris or Spain. It’s no wonder that his Turbo already has a decent amount of miles on it. In February, Martin showed a picture of the odometer with a mileage of 155,555 kilometers.

But Sunddal also enjoys his Porsche on circuits, and he obviously likes the Nürburgring, which he also visited several times. And we have to add that his 911 Turbo is modified – although we don’t have a complete list of modifications available, we only know about a modified exhaust system, a new rear wing and an increase in performance. It has around 800 horses!
The Porsche thus combines high performance and sharpness with a “Gothic” character. In addition, Martin has recently shown that the 911 will also serve well as a family car. This brings us to the holiday mentioned at the beginning…
Sunddal recently loaded his wife and two small children into a German sports car and set off on another trip around Europe. During it – i.e. 20 days – he managed to drive 8300 kilometers, in addition to Denmark he visited six other countries (Germany, Poland, France, Spain, Italy and Switzerland) and even completed two drives for the public on unnamed circuits.
In order for the family to manage such a long journey, only one small “modification” was needed: the Porsche 911 Turbo received a roof box, which was attached to the large wing in addition to the roof.
So what do you say, isn’t this the perfect way to spend 20 days with your family?
