Ammon – A woman from the US state of Minnesota filed a lawsuit against her dentist, claiming that he left her disfigured and in a difficult condition, after he performed several operations on her in just one visit.
According to what the American newspaper “New York Post” reported, Kathleen Wilson claims, in her civil lawsuit filed last Thursday in the Hennepin County Court, that Kevin Muldream performed on her 8 dental crowns, 4 root canals, and 20 fillings within just 5 and a half hours, in July 2020.
As a result, Wilson says she experienced “pain, embarrassment, disfigurement and grief,” and had to make several appointments with other dentists to fix what she described as a “mess.”
Additionally, Kathleen claims that Muldream overused anesthesia and falsified her medical records to avoid liability.
The victim received support from a veteran dentist in Florida, who said in a report that Muldream “succeeded in diagnosing what ails Kathleen’s teeth, but his treatment was poor.”
He added: “Katie needed a slow, careful and measured response to her suffering.”
