NEW YORK – A woman was hit with a bullet in the face while boarding a bus in Brooklyn, authorities said.
According to the Fire Department, and preliminary information, the incident was reported Tuesday, around 2:49 pm, at 1413 Fulton Street in the Bedford-Stuyvesant area of Brooklyn.
According to sources from our sister network NBC, the woman, 70, was an innocent victim of a bullet crossing between two groups on the street.
The woman was transported to Kings County Hospital and her condition is unknown.
Nor is it known who or who would have shot and if there are any arrests.
After the incident, the B25 buses show delays in both directions.
