David Enrique Abril Castro, 30, died after being stabbed in the chest allegedly by his partner, Yomaira Mercado Fonseca, 31. The couple would have had an argument and fight, which would be daily between the couple.
This case happened in the Francisco Javier neighborhood of Valledupar, early this Monday, with the sister of the deceased being a witness.

The authorities indicated that Mercado Fonseca was captured for the crime of homicide and this Tuesday she will be presented before a guarantee control judge. It turned out that this woman had acted in her own defense because she had been beaten by the deceased.
