A 64-year-old mother and her two daughters, 29 and 18, will be tried for violence in a meeting and with the use of a weapon, on November 8, 2022, before the Montluçon correctional court (Allier). The weapon in question is an oyster knife that the eldest kept in her car to get CDs out of her record player. She is placed, like the youngest, under judicial control until the correctional hearing.
A conflict on the basis of romance
The facts date back to Sunday June 5, during the Montluçon clearance sale, at the level of the Winston-Churchill square. The mother and her two daughters allegedly had an altercation, physical and verbal, with a 33-year-old woman. A conflict, on a background of romance, has opposed the two parties for several months, especially on social networks.
Words would have been exchanged, until the eldest went to get her oyster knife to defend her attacked mother, she says. She recognizes a single blow.
Eight days of ITT prescribed
The victim, who was recognized with an eight-day ITT, delivers another version of the story. She denies any physical assault and claims to have been stabbed several times. She also has at least five wounds, in the neck, in the ear, on the skull, in the back.
It was a witness at the scene who told the police where the weapon was, having seen the defendants get rid of it in the bag of another witness who had come to help the victim.
Violence, beatings, threats … A forty-something would have made his wife live “a night in hell” in La Celle (Allier)
