A new accident adds to those deriving from the construction works of the new axis in the Boulaq El Dakrour area, west of Giza.
On Friday evening, Major General Muhammad al-Sharqawi, director of investigations in Giza, received a notification from police rescue that an incident had occurred in the Kamal Amer axis in front of the Boulaq al-Dakrour police station and that c ‘they were injured people.
The Western Division command moved to the Al-Balagh locality and the examination, supervised by Colonel Muhammad Al-Saghir, revealed that a winch had fallen from the third to second floors of the new bridge, particularly the link coming from Lebanon Square to Al-Munib.
A security source said the incident left two injured, who were transferred to Umm Al-Masryeen hospital for treatment, and the necessary report was issued, and Major General Hisham Abu Al-Nasr, director of Giza security, was informed of the incident.
