The woman has submitted divorce lawsuit in Sharia court, only 18 months after marriage.
According to local media reports, Dainik jagaran which is quoted Gulf News, Saturday (22/8/2020), in her defense at the Sharia court, the woman from Sambhal district admitted that she could not digest her husband’s love.
“He never yelled at me, nor did he ever disappoint me over any problem. I feel comfortable in such an environment. Sometimes he cooks for me, and also helps me with household chores,” said the woman whose identity is protected.
“Whenever I made a mistake, he always forgives me for it. I want to argue with him. I don’t need a life where my husband agrees to anything, ”she said.
Apparently, the religious judge at the sharia court was confused when the woman gave her reasons for filing for divorce. The judge later rejected the divorce suit calling him reckless. (Read: This doctor divorces a sex-crazy husband who makes him never bathe)
However, that did not stop the woman in her tracks. When the religious judge refused to make a decision, the matter was brought up panchayat the local (governing body) which also declared its inability to decide the matter.
When the woman was asked if she had other reasons for divorce, she responded with negative arguments.
Meanwhile, the woman’s husband said that he always wanted to make his wife happy. He has reportedly asked the Sharia court to reject the case. The court has now asked the couple to solve the problem together.
