We do not hesitate to listen to the sad legends about the Bulgarian “Louvre”, which never leaves the stage of semi-reality.
It was time for the culture debates. On this exalted territory, may the insight shine through that just as the appearances before the tribune are limited in time, so the votes of no confidence need a limit. A wise man said: “Culture is in measure.”
